As time goes by, I am sure that we will hear of more people outside of our religion, who agree with our values. Look at how many times President Bush visited Salt Lake City during his presidency, and talked with President Hinckley. I just found out that “it is common for political and government leaders to pay brief calls on Church leadership” (http://newsroom.lds.org/article/michelle-obama-visits-church-hq).
To me, such recognition of the LDS Church, by ‘political and government leaders’ means that the Church is important to these people; and it is important to me too. By following its values, I feel confident that I have become a better person.
