My Daily Fight Against Satan

In the past, wars have been fought to protect land and freedom. Today, we have a different war going on. Sure, we have terrorists, but most of us do not need to be worried about them. We are protected by our government. Although, we still have to fight the same war that previous generations have had to fight, and that is the war against Satan.

Does Satan exist? He certainly does. Whenever we see someone who tells us to lie, cheat, and/or steal, we are seeing someone who is being influenced by Satan. Satan does not have a body, so he inhabits the body of those who do follow the promptings they receive from their conscience, which is the Light of Christ within them.

So, we do fight a war against Satan, and we fight with the truth, and protect ourselves with the armor of God, as described in Ephesians 6:11-20; and make known the mystery of the gospel of Jesus Christ. Satan would like for us to forget the gospel; but, I remember the Lord, and the Lord is my strength, as stated in Mosiah 10:11. Satan wants us to only follow him; but I follow Jesus Christ, and share my allegiance with others.
