In Revelations 20:2, it reads that Satan will be bound. Recently, we had a discussion at church, in Elders Quorum, on how Satan will be bound. While I was reading 1 Nephi 22:26, I read, referring to the millennial reign of Christ:
“because of the righteousness of his people, Satan has no power; wherefore, he cannot be loosed for the space of many years; for he hath no power over the hearts of the people, for they dwell in righteousness, and the Holy One of Israel reigneth.”
I did some searching on the Internet on this subject, and I did not find many people outside of the LDS Church who understood so clearly what it means to bind Satan. I am thankful for this clarification.
