I went to Ward Choir practice, and then performed with the Ward Choir during Sacrament Meeting. In the evening, we celebrated a friend’s birthday.
It has come to my mind that the Lord continually extends His hand to us; but it is ultimately up to us to take His hand, as in this scripture:
“whosoever will come may come and partake of the waters of life freely; and whosoever will not come the same is not compelled to com; but in the last day it shall be restored unto him according to his deeds.” (Alma 42:27)
So many times, I have judged others for their misdeeds; but I should not do that. I should be gracious, and see their good sides. I am continually trying to learn that. I should not try to make anyone feel guilty. I am not their judge. I have often thought that even during His mortal ministry, Jesus did not judge others. He would accept others for who they are. He also would see their good sides, which I should emulate. I can only invite others to enjoy the path that I follow, with me.
