Recently, I have been thinking of the phrase: ‘Think Lovely Thoughts’. Yesterday, I looked up that phrase, and I learned that it comes from J. M. Barrie’s ‘Peter Pan’. In that book, the children think lovely thoughts and they fly! What an amazing concept. It ‘lifts’ the spirit.
As I learned in 3 Nephi 15, iniquity separates us. Hearing the voice of the Shepherd, Jesus, and following His will, brings us together.
“Behold, ye have heard the things which I taught before I ascended to my Father; therefore, whoso remembereth these sayings of mine and doeth them him will I raise up at the last day.” (3 Nephi 15: 1)
I am thankful for this promise to have eternal life. What a lovely thought: to live forever, in perfect harmony, with my dear family and friends, and all that is good.
