It’s been a busy couple of days, because I was to perform last night at the Segerstrom Concert Hall with the OCMCO. So, I have been using this time to get caught up on my journal, and to posting on our blog.
Thursday night was our dress rehearsal. Friday’s performances went very well. Family and friends came to the 8 PM performance. Most of us had dinner at Jerry’s Famous Deli. After the show, I told a couple of people that this was my last performance with the OCMCO. I felt good about passing this information along, because I wanted to thank those with whom I have enjoyed singing. I do plan to see them later on. After saying my good byes, Misty and I stopped over at some friends for some ice cream.
I do keep on learning about the blessings of the faithful.
“Bring ye all the tithes into the storehouse, that there may be meat in my house; and prove me now herewith, saith the Lord of Hosts, if I will not open you the windows of heaven, and pour you out a blessing that there shall not be room enough to receive it.
And I will rebuke the devourer for your sakes, and he shall not destroy the fruits of your ground; neither shall your vin cast her fruit before the time in the fields, saith the Lord of Hosts.
And all nations shall call you blessed, for ye shall be a delightsome land, saith the Lord of Hosts.” (3 Nephi 24: 10-12)
I feel blessed.
This is what I previously wrote after reading 3 Nephi 24: The Importance Of The Warnings Revealed To Malachi
