I am thankful for the cleansing power of the Holy Ghost (Moroni 6: 4).
“ye are washed, . . . ye are sanctified, . . . ye are justified in the name of the Lord Jesus, and by the Spirit of our God.” (1 Corinthians 6: 11)
Thus, after our baptism, of the water, and of the Spirit, we are cleansed, and made purified.
Furthermore, several verses proclaim that God sanctifies those who come unto Him:
“the Lord spake, saying I will be sanctified in them that come nigh me, and before all the people I will be glorified.” (Leviticus 10: 3)
Therefore, we come nigh, or near, to the Lord, and are kept pure, by obeying His commandments.
This is what I previously wrote after reading Moroni 6: Richly Blessed By The Power Of The Holy Ghost!
